“Trust Science? Trust the God whose creation makes science possible? Why the Church’s voice matters today more than ever” Week in review, talking about cultural engagement with a 2KG mindset to bless the culture amidst the chaos, and undergird the mission of the Church.
• “Trust the Science” can be an empty phrase today. Why? Because it needs moral guidance to go along with it….because there’s always a moral issue that limits, directs, or sustains the information provided by science.
• The better question is “Are we more than science?”
• Are humans more than mere machines?
• Why the church needs to relearn to speak the moral teachings of the Bible for the sake of the society and for the mission of the Church.
• Intersection of Church and State, intersection of Church and Science, that tension keeps everyone honest, that tension keeps freedom alive.
